SCP 327 permanently controls moisture movement; waterproofs; and offers curing benefits on new “green” less than 24-hour old concrete for flooring applications. This includes, among others, the installation of vinyl, carpets, epoxy and wooden flooring.

SCP 327 permanently reduces moisture content to under 3% in concrete within 14 days of placement. This enables flooring to be installed 14 days after concrete placement with no concrete moisture issues.
