SCP 327 solves floor moisture problems

Spraylock Concrete Protection’s cutting-edge colloidal silica post-placement Pozzolan (P3) technology was used to permanently solve floor moisture problems at the operations of a prominent fuel producer and distributor.
Due to moisture movement from the underside of the concrete slabs, floor coatings in the server and generator unit rooms would “bubble” or delaminate.
The existing paint was removed via pressure washing and the floor grinded slightly to remove any contaminants from the surface. This process also opened the capillaries to allow SCP to penetrate the available floor space.

Our technology then reacted with available free alkalis/cements forming a longer Calcium Silicate Hydrate chain within the concrete.
SCP reduced the moisture content significantly and the rooms were deemed serviceable for operation without any delay.
